Does your phone tell you how much screen time you spend on it? Have you ever thought that might be too much time and that you would like to spend that time in other ways?
Digital wellbeing is a topic that is getting bigger and bigger in our digital world. But why is spenading time on online and especially social media so addictive?
If you want to spend less time on your phone, what is your goal you would like to achieve? To spend more time with friends, family or outside?
There are many different apps online that can help you to achieve this goal! You find one example here that challenges you everyday. It's called "Zario" , check it out!
These are two examples for challenges that will come up in the app after you chose your goal(s) but there will be many more!
