Applying learning to practice
The badge earner became familiar with the intentional learning method for planning and pursuing professional development, and how to apply learning after the training. By earning this badge, a person demonstrates the ability to plan learning applications and the intention to implement them in their youth work practice or other fields.
To get this badge, a trainer:
- Familiarised with the intentional learning method.
- Made a plan to implement learning to practice by setting three goals for three months, with the support of three people.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 30 mins.
